1. Is it necessary to have an account to shop on BearQuick?

No, it’s not necessary to log into your BearQuick account to shop. But shopping as a logged-in user is fast & convenient and also provides extra security. You can only join BearQuick Rewards program if you have an account on BearQuick.

2. What does ‘Preorder’ or ‘Forthcoming’ mean?

Items marked as ‘Preorder’ or ‘Forthcoming’ are expected to be released soon and you can pre-book them with sellers. Such items will be shipped after their official release by the seller with whom you’ve pre-booked them.

3. How do I know my order has been confirmed?

An e-mail & SMS will be sent once you’ve successfully placed your order. We’ll also let you know as soon as the seller ships the item’s to you along with the tracking number’s for your shipment’s . You can also track your orders from the ‘My Orders’ section on your BearQuick account or from Track Your Order page.

4. Do sellers on BearQuick ship internationally?

Yes, sellers on BearQuick ship Internationally. Our warehouses located in USA, UK, Canada and Australasia.

5. How does BearQuick prevent card fraud?

Online payments are monitored by our systems for any suspicious activity and some transactions are verified through extensive checks if we find that they are not authorized by the owner of the card. When we’re not able to rule fraud out in rare cases, the transaction is kept on hold and we ask the shopper to share relevant proofs. This is done to make sure that the transaction is genuine and authorized.

6. What should I do if my order is approved but hasn’t been shipped yet?

Sellers usually ship orders within 1-2 business days before the delivery date so that they reach you on time. In case your order hasn’t been shipped within this time please contact our Customer Support so that we can look into it. You can also email us directly:

7. Can items be returned after the time period mentioned in the seller’s Returns Policy?

No, sellers will not be able to accept returns after the time period of 60 days as mentioned in the seller’s Returns Policy.

8. The delivery of my order is delayed. What should I do?

On the rare occasion that your order is delayed, please check your email & messages for updates. A new delivery timeframe will be shared with you and you can also track its status by visiting Track Your Order page.

9. How do returns work?

You have to send a (Refund/Return) request through Contact Us page or by sending an email on, Once you raise a request, you’ll get an email confirming that your request is being processed. Based on the item, your request may be automatically approved or you may be contacted for more details. If the request is approved, You have to send the the item to our warehouse at your expense.

10. How do I change or cancel my order?

We know how important your order is, so we aim to fulfill orders as quickly as possible! While we cannot cancel or change an order once it has been shipped. you are welcome to return your items in accordance with our Easy Returns Policy once your order has been delivered to you.

11. How can I track my package?

In your Shipping Confirmation email, you’ll receive a link to your tracking information. From there, you can monitor the shipment’s progress until the package is delivered to your door. Or you can also track your order from Track Your Order page.

12. Why was my order cancelled?

There are several reasons why your order may have been cancelled:
(a) The item(s) sold out.
(b) There is a delay in replenishment for your item(s).
(c) We are unable to verify your billing information and/or your billing address does not match the credit card on file for the order.

If the billing address stated on the order does not match with what the credit card issuer or bank has on file, please contact your credit card issuer or bank to verify that the billing information is correct. Once updated, you may create a new order using the correct billing address.

Note: If your order is cancelled for any of the reasons above, you will receive an email confirming your order’s cancellation. The full amount of the order will be refunded back to the original form of payment used. Refunds can take up to 2-5 business days to clear and 7-10 business days for the amount to post to your account, depending on your financial institution.

14. What If my credit card is declined?

If your payment does not successfully process or if it is declined when trying to complete your purchase, you will have an opportunity to enter a new card number or alternative form of payment prior to completing your purchase.

15. Oops! I was so excited to place my order that I forgot to use my coupon code

Regrettably, orders that have already been placed cannot be changed and discounts cannot be added after a purchase has finalized. Instead, please use your code on your next purchase!
